Imebra with Unicode has been released |

Imebra with support for Unicode and different Dicom charsets has been released on the 8th of April 2006.
Now the application can read or write tags' values using Unicode strings: the library will take care of encoding the Unicode strings using the right Dicom charsets.
The library includes also several improvement in several areas (exception management, dicom codec).
