Imebra, a new open source Dicom Library written in C++ has been released. The library can parse and generate Dicom streams and has several compression/decompression functions to extract or insert images into a dicom data set.
Imebra is still in an alpha phase but is continuously updated and improved. A full description of the product is available here. |
